Register New Account

Create an account with an email address or with Facebook. Interested buyers will be able to reach out to you with the contact information you have provided once your specimen has been published.

Create Your New Specimen

Navigate to My Specimens and input details of your green coffee bean. This information provided will also help buyers make more informed decisions, so try to input as much details as possible!

Every specimen created will have its own unique specimen ID. At this stage, you will be able to see your specimen status as Pending.

Select A Destination To Mail Specimens To

We may have more than one drop-off point for specimens to be mailed to. Select the destination most convenient for you.

Prepare and Mail Your Labeled Specimen Over To Us

For each specimen, pack 50g into an air-tight bag and label this with its Unique Specimen ID, before mailing it to the selected destination as chosen in Step 3:

Once we receive your specimen, the status of the specimen will be updated to Received.

Wait Patiently For Your Specimen Status

Sit back and relax while we prepare your specimen's e-cupping report. This would usually take up to 5 working days.

Once the e-cupping report is available, you will receive an email notification.The status of the specimen will be updated to Completed.

Do note that if you registered with Facebook, you will not receive a notification when your report is ready.

Preview & Share Listing

You may view each specimen's e-cupping report on the My Specimens page by clicking on the (Eye) icon. You can share this report with buyers by clicking on the 'Share' button, which will allow you to copy the link, or share via Whatsapp, Telegram or Facebook.

Publish Your Listing

You can choose to publish your listing so your specimens will be available on ProfilePrint's Listing Page. This can be done by switching on the Publish Listing toggle from your dashboard or My Specimens page.
